Ingenious Ways to Improve Content Creation Simplified ’23 the Future.

The image features a close-up of a smartphone displaying a webpage with text about "ChatGPT," which is described as a large language model chatbot developed by OpenAI and released in November 2022. The website appears to be "bard.google.com," and part of the interface is visible with the option to "Enter a prompt here." In the background, out of focus, is the OpenAI logo illuminated. The image conveys the use of AI technology in modern devices for informational and interactive purposes.

Creating content is a never-ending task for digital marketers, social media managers, and the like. After a while ideas start to dwindle even if you are creative. So, what are other tools or methods enable you to improve your content creation?

ChaptGPT is a fantastic tool to augment your inventive mind. Instead of solely relying on the tool to generate content, take time to write something unique. Afterwards, use the app to enhance your content. You will need to explain your role to ChapGPT, for example, the aspect your content(i.e.) and what your content is about.

You can use this template:

I am a creator who makes {{medium of content}} about {{topic of content}} I am working on a {{medium of content}} about {{project topic}}. An expert creator who specializes in {{problems you want to solve}}.

ChapGPT does not have the capability of processing content that is too long; break up the content a natural point. Afterward, follow up with another prompt.

The image captures a moment at a live concert, showing an individual's hand holding up a smartphone to record the event. The phone's screen is in focus, displaying a musician on stage with bright stage lighting and the word "DREAM" illuminated in the background. The rest of the scene is blurred, giving a sense of the atmosphere and the audience's perspective during the performance. This viewpoint is common at modern concerts where attendees often record moments to share on social media or to keep as a memory.

Creativity is not being replaced.

Since the inception of AI tools, now ChaptGPT, people have expressed concern about these tools replacing their work. This sentiment is reasonable because we do not know how fast technology will change. Having said that, ChapGPT should be used to enhance the creator’s work/content.

ChapGPT’s strength lies on the technical side as opposed to creating.

Understand your content marketing audience

It is obvious that understanding your target audience is important. This will enable you to create a strategy to engage them. For example, if your audience is truck drivers, then talk about horsepower, or towing capacity.

Suppose your audience is track stars, highlight cleats or high-end running shows. Shoes are one component of a winning strategy, of course.

Create and follow deadlines

Your audience expects to see updated content, specials, ads from your business every so often. Craft a strategy to ensure there is cadence from week to week. To simply things, schedule content to published on certain days. For example, every Thursday publish content for your audience related to products or services.

Content development should be planned

Remember when you were in school and you were given an assignment to draft a paper? Your teacher gave a deadline of one week or two. Maybe you waited until the night before to do so all the time. Your friends might have taken a different approach, they started the next day. Over the course of a few days, a rough draft was completed.

The remainder of the time can be used to revise the paper and make improvements.

Your Call-To-Action should be direct

What action do you want your audience to take? Perhaps you might want to sign up for the newsletter to get more information. Another common CTA is, Click Here to retrieve a coupon. Suppose added new products or service of some kind. Prompt your audience to Explore Benefits to enhance their lives. Overall, make sure the Call-To Action is direct.

Avoid unnecessary words

Being concise is more important than adding filler words. Whenever possible, avoid using the word “like”- rather opt to be more direct. Use dictionary.com, Google, or Grammarly to search for synonyms or other words that are concise.

Examples:

Leverage – use

Last but not least- finally

In order to- to

Despite the fact that – Although

Don’t use too much Jargon!

To keep your audience engaged, don’t use too much technical jargon. There might be some words you use among colleagues in digital marketing or other circles. For example, some people might say, what is the CTR for this ad? Rather than use acronym, use Click-through Rate instead.

Perhaps provide the definition of acronym to provide clarity or use a real-life example.

Ensure your content is legible.

There are many things to consider when writing content. First, consider the font you’re using to write content. Font should be simple, easy to see on any device being used by customers. Other things to consider space for content.

Opt for shorter paragraphs instead of long winding ones. Sentences should vary in length, from long to short as well. Provide variety to keep your audience engaged. Along with that, sprinkle in some complicated words now and then- you’re not writing a dissertation (no disrespect intended).

Think like a user

One way to learn what the user likes is by analyzing your ….Analytics. Use Smartlook, Google Analytics, or any other analytics tool to view the customer journey. Users- How many have visited your site in the past month or quarter?

What about the average session’s duration? This might give you insight into how interesting or engaging your content is from the customer’s perspective.

I am happy to share my knowledge with other business minded people (those aspiring to create business). The hype surrounding ChatGPT is real. If a person does not know how to use it, they can learn on YouTube or elsewhere.

Learning how to prompt ChatGPT to provide constructive feedback is my primary goal. Once a person feels comfortable, then they can decipher the results and incorporate them in their content.

New applications are being developed and launched all the time. Embrace the basics of content creation such as understanding the audience. This can pay dividends because when creating a strategy or ads they will be relevant to them.

Thank you for your extensive feedback.

      Regards,

    • Hi Israel –

Thank you for your positive feedback. ChaptGPT has become a boon for content creators and marketers alike. Of course, using the tool to augment your work is the best course of action, rather than relying on it solely.

Here are other ways to improve content creation using AI tools. Use AI to monitor the performance of social media content. Marketers use demographics to shape their strategies. Age, income, education, and gender encompass demographics(not an exhaustive list).

Besides tracking demographics, use AI to analyze behaviors and values. This way, your content will be more personalized and targeted, leading to better social media campaigns.
