I had never given any credence to many of the points you bring up such as using social media management to save time and money and also find new opportunities. Obviously, we generate plenty of leads from our current social media presence and use it to keep our customers up to date on the current projects we have going on. I agree that social media is an important part of success in business today.  Your list of ways that social media helps in complete and accurate.  My problem is that maintaining social media accounts as well as a good website is very time consuming.  My question would be whether or not it is best to focus on one social media platform rather than try to keep up with all of them at the same time.  I am doing my best.  Your article certainly has highlighted the necessity for using social media to support and build business.
