       The interplay between cookies and shopping history leads to the immediate response.  Smaller brands need to focus on organic traffic, which is built over time by providing authentic content. Building a strong community is another way smaller brands can compete in the e-commerce space.

      When customers know your products, content, and customer service a top-notch, then sustained success is achievable. Live shopping and tagging offer advantages to smaller businesses, but they do not level the playing field. Workers need to know how to use them effectively.
